Founding
Foundation of ASATEX GmbH. The starting point for a company dedicated to occupational safety from day one.
Own Premises
Construction of the first owned office building including warehouse (1,400 m²) in Pulheim Brauweiler.
Acquisition
Acquisition of Wolfgang Mauser Schutzbekleidung GmbH with its own sewing facility for multi-norm clothing.
Central Warehouse
Expansion of storage capacities to an 8,500 m² high-bay warehouse.
Spain
Establishment of Asatex Protección Laboral, S.L. in Spain / Barcelona.
Digitisation
Launch of the new B2B online shop as a further step towards digital customer services.
