Delivery options
When purchasing in our Shop you can choose between the following delivery options:
Pickup
As soon as your goods are picked you can pick them up from our warehouse:

Standard shipping
When choosing the standard shipping method, we send your goods by UPS or by a forwarder. This will be decided after the goods are picked. If your net order value is higher than your free delivery limit, we do not charge any shipping cost. Else you can find the shipping cost in our Shipping cost note. Within Germany our shipments usually arrive the next day. Please consider that we can online send out those orders the same day we received before 13:00.
Express / Guaranteed delivery
For really urgenty deliveries within Germany we can send your goods by express, so your goods arrive the next day or 12:00. For the cost please check our Shipping cost note.
Neutral shipment
You would like to directly forward your order to your end customer? Feel free to save the extra shipping cost then. For this case we offer the option of neutral shipments. That means we directly send your order a neutral delivery note to your customer - quick and efficient.
Shipping cost note
In your shopping basket and the automatic order confirmation you will receive, the shipping cost is not included. Only in the invoice we will include the shipping cost in case you did not hit your free delivery limit. We seek for the cheapest delivery method for each delivery and can only name the best method after picking the goods, because the best shipping method varies depending on the amount of packing units.

Payment
Depending on the agreement either the payment option advance payment or invoice is stored in your customer account.
Advance Payment
After placing your order and receiving our automatic order confirmation, we will immediately send you an advance payment invoice. The day we receive the payment we ship your order.
Invoice
With the delivery of your order you will receive an invoice from us by e-mail.
SEPA-Business debit mandate
Payments by invoice are not simple enough?
We will be pleased to discuss the option of a SEPA-Business debit mandate with you. With this mandate we can charge open positions by debit. Your advantage is to pay right in time without taking care of the payment.
